Welcome to Dumpster Rental Owensboro. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at dumpsterrentalowensboroky.net and the dumpster rental services provided by Dumpster Rental Owensboro (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By booking a rental, submitting a service request, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.


1. Services and Rental Period

  • Booking: All rental requests made through the website or over the phone are subject to equipment availability and confirmation by our team.
  • Rental Duration: The standard rental period begins on the date of dumpster delivery and concludes on the agreed-upon pickup date.
  • Extensions: Requests to extend your rental duration must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup date and are subject to availability and additional daily or weekly fees.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Offline Payment: We do not process payments through our website. All service payments must be made offline (e.g., cash, check, or in-person card payment) upon dumpster delivery or once the service is completed, as agreed upon during booking.
  • Additional Charges: The customer agrees to pay any additional fees incurred, which may include:
    ⚬ Overweight disposal fees exceeding the agreed tonnage limit.
    ⚬ Extended rental days beyond the initial booking.
    ⚬ Special disposal fees for unauthorized or prohibited materials.
    ⚬ Trip fees if our driver cannot safely deliver or pick up the dumpster due to site obstructions.

3. Prohibited Materials


To comply with local, state (Kentucky), and federal environmental regulations, you may not place hazardous or restricted materials into our dumpsters. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Hazardous waste, toxic chemicals, and radioactive materials
  • Paints, oils, fuels, and flammable liquids
  • Car batteries and lithium-ion batteries
  • Asbestos and medical waste
  • Tires, appliances with freon (refrigerators/AC units), and propane tanks (unless explicitly approved in advance)

Any customer found disposing of prohibited materials will be solely responsible for all associated fines, cleanup costs, and safe-handling surcharges.


4. Placement, Access, and Property Damage

  • Safe Access: You must provide clear, unobstructed access to the designated drop-off and pickup location.
  • Ground Surface & Driveway Protection: Roll-off dumpsters and heavy delivery vehicles can cause wear or damage to surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, grass, or underground utilities. While our drivers take precautions, Dumpster Rental Owensboro is not liable for surface cracking, scraping, rutting, or property damage occurring at the drop-off location chosen by the customer.
  • Right of Placement: You confirm that you have legal permission to place the dumpster at the delivery address. If placement is required on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, obtaining any necessary municipal permits from the City of Owensboro is the customer’s responsibility.

5. Loading and Weight Limitations

  • Level Loads: Dumpsters must not be loaded past the top rail of the container (water-level full). Materials protruding above the rim or hanging over the sides create transport hazards and will not be hauled until properly leveled.
  • Weight Restrictions: Customers must not exceed the stated weight capacity of the rented container. Overfilled containers that exceed safe legal hauling weights may require partial unloading by the customer before pickup.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your dumpster delivery by contacting us directly at least 24 hours before the scheduled drop-off time at no penalty.
  • Cancellations made after the delivery truck is en route may incur a dry-run trip charge.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dumpster Rental Owensboro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dumpster Rental Owensboro, its owners, and operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the rented equipment.


8. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Daviess County, Kentucky.
